Step #1: Import contracts from any data source
Procurement and legal teams can leverage our advanced JAGGAER Contracts AI solution to import executed contracts stored across repositories including SharePoint, Google Drives, Dropbox, SFTPs, and more.
Step #2: Organize contracts based on type
JAGGAER Contracts AI leverages OCR and classification techniques to automatically identify and organize contract documents into different types including MSA, NDA, supplier agreement and build the hierarchy between the documents, such as identify the SOW belonging to an MSA. Our technology can make these distinctions whether the imported file type is Microsoft Word, PDF or an image (e.g., .jpeg).
Step #3: Extract key metadata from multiple document formats
JAGGAER Contracts AI comes with many out-of-the-box metafields that can be extracted with our pre-trained machine learning models. The tool can also be trained for additional metafields.
Step #4: Export the extracted data to a central repository
Once the key metadata is extracted from the selected documents, the output can be exported to a central repository, such as the JAGGAER Contracts solution or a third-party system like Salesforce. At this point, procurement and legal teams can begin analyzing and gaining insights from the data.
Step #5: Global contract search
JAGGAER Contracts AI allows you to semantically search across all contract’s attachments, including different forms of a keyword, and synonyms of those keywords. Natural Language Processing technology is used to understand also the context of the search.
Step #6: Compare clauses and variances
Efficiently compare a clause in one document with any of your standard clauses. Similarly, you can compare the variance of these clauses from several documents at a time. This unique feature shows the percentage of variance for multiple documents and clauses in one view, allowing you to quickly identify the contracts to focus on for review.
