Privacy Rights Request Form

Use this form to submit a request to under the applicable data protection laws. We will use the information you provide to verify your identity/authority, request, locate relevant records, and respond as required by law.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 30 business days, subject to verification and legal exceptions. If we determine that a basis exists to deny this request, we will respond by indicating our decision and an explanation of that determination.

Note: Do not include passwords or login credentials. Please do not send sensitive identifiers (e.g., Country Identity Card numbers; Social Security numbers, etc); if we need additional documentation to verify your identity, we will provide instructions for a secure method where available.

Important context (so your request reaches the right team): JAGGAER is a SaaS provider. In many cases, JAGGAER processes personal information on behalf of its customers as a service provider/processor, and the customer controls the information and responds to privacy rights requests. Where JAGGAER processes personal information solely on behalf of a customer (as a processor/service provider), we will forward your request to the relevant customer or inform you if you should contact them directly. If you are unsure, submit this form and we will route it appropriately.
