JAGGAER Appoints John Burton as New Chairman

Research Triangle, NC , January 6, 2021 –JAGGAER, the leading independent spend management company, has named John F. Burton as its new Chairman. Mr. Burton assumed the role of Chairman effective November 24, 2020 and is actively helping the leadership team in driving the company’s development.

Over his diverse career in the technology and software industry, Mr. Burton has founded high-growth firms. As CEO, he led the highly successful transition of Nintex Global to become one of the industry’s leading SaaS companies. He was CEO of one of the top 10 global public software firms, has founded a highly successful growth equity venture fund and has served on numerous public and private boards of directors. An expert in strategy and positioning, he has been involved in over 30 M&A and IPO events. Mr. Burton’s areas of interest and fulfillment include strategically driven growth, innovative technology, managing great teams and multi-channel go-to-market.

He has served as Chairman or Board Member with a number of successful software companies, including CData Software, Netwrix, PayScale and Numara Software.
