Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Bureau is responsible for JAGGAER’s overall vision to transcend customer experience by providing intuitive and intelligent spend management solutions that allow JAGGAER clients to transform their supply chain. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, with his most recent role as Executive Vice President, leading JAGGAER’s Global Sales & Marketing initiatives. Jim came to JAGGAER from Verint Systems/ KANA Software where he was in the role of Senior Vice President. As an executive with KANA software Jim played a key role in successfully growing the company as it was acquired by Verint Systems for $514 million.
Prior to Verint/ KANA, Jim held leadership roles at Pegasystems, Shared Health, and Oracle Corporation.
He also holds a B.S. degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
President, JAGGAER Europe
Thomas Dieringer is responsible for JAGGAER’s strategy and growth in the European market. Prior to his appointment as President, JAGGAER Europe in mid-2019, Thomas held the position of Chief Digital Officer. Thomas brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and expertise in IT, business development, procurement and manufacturing. In the 1990s Thomas owned an injection molding company in Hungary with more than 500 employees. He then founded POOL4TOOL, a procurement software provider focused on direct procurement. POOL4TOOL merged with JAGGAER in June 2017.
SVP, Strategic Initiatives
Kristian O’Meara joined the team in 2001. In his role as JAGGAER’s Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Kristian is focused on JAGGAER’s high growth areas: JAGGAER’s Partner Network, Supplier Value Creation, MEA, APAC, and Corporate Development. His teams are focused on working with our customers, prospective customers, partners, and suppliers’ executive leadership teams to identify, create, capture and optimize outcomes and value via JAGGAER’s enabling technologies. He brings more than 20 years’ of experience in procurement, IT and supply chains, helping organizations to drive financial results, innovation and organizational excellence while managing risk. Prior to joining JAGGAER, he held various positions within the supply chain solutions consulting practice for Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini.
Kristian holds a degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University, Max Fisher College of Business, and is an alumnus of the Columbia Business School Executive Education Program.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Michele Hamill joined JAGGAER in October 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer. She has more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources management and has led major business transformations. Before joining JAGGAER, Michele was Chief Human Resources Officer for Distinguished Programs. Prior to this, she led the North American Talent function for Willis Towers Watson, and Michele previously held several leadership roles with Thomson Reuters, including Vice President, Global Head of HR, Corporate and Vice President, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness. She was also an executive coach to several high-potential executives at Under Armour. Earlier in her career, Michele held leadership roles with TAC Worldwide and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Michele has held several board positions including Literacy Volunteers. She holds a BS in Sociology from Charter Oak State College.
EVP, Product Management
Dawn Andre is a performance driven executive with a 28-year history of successfully developing and growing profitable technology portfolios in B2B, supply chain and sourcing and procurement, for the retail, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing verticals. She quickly develops premier global brands, products and services at scale. She builds cultures based on core values and individuals’ strengths resulting in highly effective teams that work collaboratively across functions. She has led global organizations in product, strategy, marketing, sales, business & corporate development, engineering, channels and alliances, services and support. She has a passion for leadership development and is an avid talent coach and mentor. She is experienced in interpreting customer requirements, assessing global market trends and executing strategies that drive revenue growth through digital disruption and customer satisfaction. She is skilled in all aspects of M&A. A strategic visionary, who delivers shareholder value by focusing on solutions to market problems. She has been a member of executive and operating committees, leadership teams, as well as a member of industry standards bodies.
Chief Technology Officer
After joining Jaggaer in April 2020, Martin is now Jaggaer’s CTO. In this role he is responsible for the technical conception, implementation and operation of the Jaggaer platforms. Martin has more than 20 years of IT experience in companies of all sizes and has worked as managing director and CIO in his past. During his studies in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, he also worked on international projects for one of the Big Five consultancies for several years.
Martin is a communicative innovation driver who continuously uses his broad technical understanding and business knowledge to help companies drive their digital transformation.
Chief Financial Officer
With 25 years of experience in a number of capacities across technology finance including corporate finance, public accounting, investment banking and M&A, Jeff Laborde brings a strategic approach in supporting the business in his role as Chief Financial Officer of Jaggaer. Jeff oversees the finance, accounting, commercial operations, legal and compliance, corporate IT, corporate PMO and M&A functions. Prior to joining Jaggaer, Jeff held CFO roles at a number of private equity and public technology companies including Aptos, Accruent, Benefitfocus, Infor and SumTotal. Prior to his corporate finance career, Jeff served as a Managing Director in the Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Banking division and started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Jeff earned a B.S. degree from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas, Mike is responsible for the Americas go-to-market strategy, revenue growth and field marketing execution. He brings with him 20+ years of leadership experience with growth focused companies specializing in enterprise spend management and reverse supply chain solutions. He started his spend management career with e-Sourcing pioneer, FreeMarkets, then held leadership positions at multiple spend management software start-ups and also worked at A.T. Kearney. Most recently he held the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales for Liquidity Services, where he was responsible for the transformation of six legacy sales teams (formed through M&A) into one integrated global sales organization. With a passion for building, leading and scaling global client-facing teams, Mike has dedicated his career to implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable results and enterprise value for clients. Mike was an integral executive team member in multiple roll-up strategies and successful M&A transactions.
SVP, Customer Engagement, Americas
Brett Hapke brings a broad array of skills and experience to drive customer-centric decision-making and successful outcomes. He has spent twenty-seven years in technology, from start-ups to mature billion-dollar global companies. He has served in broad array of consultative and leadership roles, including sales, sales leadership, PreSales technical design, serviceability product management, professional services, customer support, operations, as well as strategy. The teams led by Brett come to evidence strong customer empathy in the market as well as a laser-focus on setting clear expectations, which allows the teams then to drive predictable outcomes.
A disciple of systems thinking, he has come to align many of his leadership and customer engagement principles with an “infinite” mindset (Simon Sinek). His goal is to create low- to no-friction systems that speed customers to the meaningful use of technology, while marshalling diverse teams to continually innovate and/or improve the outcome value(s). He has leveraged this approach in regard to developing diverse solutions, such as: M&A, offshore contract manufacturing, offshore global services network development, customer success re-tooling, service partner network optimization, GTM strategy and many other aspects of business infrastructure.
Brett pursued International Political Theory and Business Information Systems subjects for his undergraduate degree and completed his M.B.A. at the University of Tampa. He is also a United States Marine Corps veteran.
SVP, Customer Engagement, Europe
Since 2000 Michael Rösch has been part of the management team of the company that was then still POOL4TOOL. As COO he is responsible for all operative areas of JD Austria, including project management, product development and the SAP competence center, as well as customer support.
Since the foundation of the company, he was responsible for setting up and developing central functions of the organization and has shaped them with his personal commitment. Due to his long experience as project lead, he can contribute considerably to the firm’s success with comprehensive insight and experience concerning operative and strategic procurement processes.
VP, Corporate & Product Marketing
Roger Blumberg brings more than 20 years of experience in analyst relations, product marketing, product management, demand generation, and corporate branding and reputation management to his role as VP, Corporate & Product Marketing at JAGGAER. Roger gained extensive domain expertise as a practitioner in various source-to-pay leadership roles before joining FreeMarkets in 2000. He later held executive positions in business strategy and product management with Ariba, MFG.com, Deem, Coupa, POOL4Tool and Synertrade before joining JAGGAER in April 2020.
Roger holds a BS in Business Studies from the University of Maryland.
