Each International Women’s Day is a poignant moment for introspection on our journey towards workplace inclusivity and the path that still unfolds before us. In the quest for a more inclusive work environment, numerous organizations have embarked on implementing policies that champion diversity and equality. At JAGGAER, we look beyond policies that create a diverse team, but building a nurturing an environment where women are empowered to drive the business forward.
The essence of fostering workplace inclusivity lies in understanding that diversity is more than hitting your EOE metrics but welcoming fresh perspectives, innovative approaches, and challenging the status quo that has long defined our professional environments. It involves critically examining our own biases and assumptions, and being open to change even when it feels uncomfortable. As Chief Product Officer, the continuous improvement and progress of our technology is my top priority. In alignment with this mission, in 2023 we launched the JAGGAER Women’s Network Group. This initiative is designed to champion the voices of women of JAGGAER and their allies across all job functions, seniorities, geographies, and cultures by providing a platform for connection, empowerment, and advocacy. Through a series of monthly virtual and in-person gatherings, we will delve into discussions that challenge the status quo, celebrate our achievements, and pave the way for a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
