RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC – May 16, 2019: JAGGAER, the world’s largest independent spend management company, today announces the release of Budget Manager on the SaaS, cloud-based JAGGAER ONE platform, as part of the Procure-to-Pay solution suite. Budget Manager is fully integrated with JAGGAER’s simplified, user-friendly business shopping experience to manage and place all business spend in context, across the enterprise, addressing the issue of siloed spend at multiple business units.

JAGGAER ONE Budget Manager selected features:
– Create and approve budgets across a variety of levels (by business unit, department, location, team, project, etc.).
– Manage Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Invoices against available budget.
– Track budgets and spend against budgets by time period and account code strings.
– Notifications and workflows when spend approaches or exceeds budget limits.
Budget Manager provides organizations with an additional level of accountability and reporting that delivers real-time financial control and compliance for purchasing activities. It enables organizations, business units, and other teams to better manage spend against budgets by tracking spending against approved budgets, including historical spend, current spend to date, and committed spend (executed but un-invoiced POs). Budget Manager is now available as a new feature introduced in the JAGGAER 19.1 product release.
