Managing Director

Richard Hogg joined with the formation of the company in the UK in 2005 as an Account Director responsible for growing the business through acquisition and delivery of some of it’s largest SaaS eProcurement clients. As Managing Director, Richard has had full strategic leadership and P&L accountability for the UK since 2012, and the Middle East since 2015.

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the software space with various evolving roles and responsibilities and has focussed on SaaS and eProcurement technologies and services since 2000 at Intershop AG and Achilles Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Manchester.

Chief Executive Officer, JAGGAER

As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Bureau is responsible for JAGGAER’s overall vision to transcend customer experience by providing intuitive and intelligent spend management solutions that allow JAGGAER clients to transform their supply chain. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience with his most recent role as Executive Vice President leading JAGGAER’s Global Sales & Marketing initiatives. Jim came to JAGGAER from Verint Systems/ KANA Software where he was in the role of Senior Vice President. As an executive with KANA software Jim played a key role in successfully growing the company as it was acquired by Verint Systems for $514 million.

Prior to Verint/ KANA, Jim held leadership roles at Pegasystems, Shared Health, and Oracle Corporation.

He also holds a B.S. degree from Georgia Institute of Technology

COO & CFO

Vic Chynoweth joined JAGGAER as CFO in May 2018 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2019. Vic brings more than 15 years of technology industry experience, with leadership responsibilities across finance, accounting and operations. Prior to JAGGAER, Vic’s experience included several multinational technology companies, most recently as CFO of Planview, where he led finance, accounting, HR, sales operations and enterprise applications; and where he supported the sale of the company from Insight Venture Partners to Thoma Bravo. Prior experience included finance leadership roles at enterprise software company Vertafore and supercomputer company Cray. Vic holds a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Washington.
