Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Kristian O’Meara joined the team in 2001. In his role as JAGGAER’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Kristian focuses on JAGGAER’s fastest growing areas: the JAGGAER Partner Network, Supplier Value Creation, Middle East-Africa and Asia-Pacific regions, and corporate development. His teams are focused on working with our customers, potential customers, Partners and supplier management teams to identify, create, capture and optimize results and value through JAGGAER technologies. He has more than 20 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing, information technology and supply chains, helping organizations drive financial results, innovation and organizational excellence, while managing risks. Prior to joining JAGGAER, he held various supply chain solutions consulting positions for Ernst & Young / Cap Gemini.
Kristian graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, Max Fisher College of Business, and is an alumnus of New York’s Columbia Business School (Executive Education Program).
Country Manager Spain and Portugal
Carlos has been Commercial Director from 2007 to early 2019. Recently, he has been appointed Country Manager of JAGGAER Spain and Portugal, without losing sight of his commercial management role.He is a Mining Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a Master’s Degree in Refining, Engineering and Gas from the French Petroleum Institute.He has more than 15 years of experience in the implementation of purchasing platforms, Optimization processes and Cost Management, as well as in Process Reengineering projects. Carlos has developed his professional career at JAGGAER since 2004.
Senior Commercial Director
Antonio is Commercial Director of large accounts in Spain and responsible for Business Development in Portugal.He is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has more than ten years of consulting experience.In his professional career he has held purchasing management positions at Mass Market and Pharmacy.
Asunción is a Computer Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His professional career for twenty-five years has been developed in the Information Technology sector. She has worked as Commercial Director and Account Director for the last thirteen years, focused on the commercialization and implementation of Electronic Procurement Platforms for Public Administrations.
Partner Alliance Director, EMEA
Pablo Parellada joined JAGGAER in 2001 as Chief Technology Officer.For more than 8 years he held the position of Director of Consulting and Systems and has held the role of General Director from 2012 to the beginning of 2019. Parellada is an industrial engineer and has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. He previously worked at the e-commerce company Equality and at InfoGlobal, a consultancy for the telecommunications sector.
Human resources director
Michele Hamill joined JAGGAER in October 2019 as Director of Human Resources. She has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource management and has led significant business transformations. Prior to joining JAGGAER, Michele was Director of Human Resources for Distinguished Programs. Prior to this, she served as Head of Talent Management North America for Willis Towers Watson, and previously held various leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, including Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. She was also a coach for various executives at Under Armour. Prior to that, Ella Michele held leadership positions at TAC Worldwide and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Michele has held various leadership positions, including with Literacy Volunteers and is a Sociology graduate of Charter Oak State College.
Executive Vice President of Product Management
Dawn Andre has 28 years of technology development and growth experience in B2B, supply chain, trading, purchasing and sourcing for retail, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing. She is rapidly developing world-class global brands, products and services on a large scale. Her way of working is by creating cultures based on core values and individual strengths, which allows her to create highly effective teams that work collaboratively across all roles. She has led global organizations at the product, strategy, marketing, sales, business and corporate development, engineering, channel and alliances, services and support levels. She is passionate about leadership development and is a talent coach and mentor. He has experience interpreting customer requirements, evaluating international market trends, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth through digitalization and customer satisfaction. She is an expert in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Through a strategic vision, she offers value to shareholders by focusing on solutions to market problems. She has served on executive and operating committees, leadership teams, as well as industry standards bodies. After joining JAGGAER in April 2020, Martin is now the CTO of JAGGAER. In this role he is responsible for the technical conception, implementation and operation of the JAGGAER platforms. Martin has over 20 years of IT experience at companies of all sizes and has worked as a Managing Director and CIO in the past. During his business administration studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, he also worked on international projects for one of the Big Five consulting firms for several years.
Martin is a communicative innovation driver who continually uses his extensive technical knowledge and business insight to help companies drive their digital transformation.
With 25 years of experience in various roles across technology finance, corporate finance, public accounting, investment banking, and M&A, Jeff Laborde brings strategic focus to JAGGAER from his role as CFO. Jeff oversees the finance, accounting, business, legal and compliance functions, corporate information technology, project management office, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining JAGGAER, Jeff held CFO positions at various public and private equity technology companies, including Aptos, Accruent, Benefitfocus, Infor and SumTotal. Before his career in corporate finance,
Jeff has a BA from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania
Senior Vice President of United States Sales
As Senior Vice President of US Sales, Mike is responsible for go-to-market strategy, growth, and marketing execution. He has more than 20 years of experience leading growth-focused companies specializing in enterprise purchasing management and supply chain solutions. He began his purchasing management career with FreeMarkets, one of the pioneers in digital trading, and later held various management positions at various purchasing management software companies, alongside his experience at AT Kearney. Most recently, he has held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Liquidity Services, where he was responsible for the transformation of six legacy sales teams (formed through mergers and acquisitions) into an integrated global sales organization. With a passion for building, leading and scaling global customer-facing teams, Mike has dedicated his career to implementing innovative solutions that deliver tangible results and business value to his clients. Mike has been a member of the executive team on several successful M&A transactions and launch strategies.
Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement Europe
Since 2000, Michael Rösch has been part of the POOL4TOOL management team. As COO, he is responsible for all operational areas of JD Austria, including project management, product development and the SAP Competence Center, as well as customer service.
Since the company’s founding, he has been charged with establishing and developing the core functions of the organization and has shaped them with his personal commitment. Thanks to his extensive experience as a project manager, he makes a significant contribution to the success of the company with his extensive knowledge and experience in strategic and operational purchasing and procurement processes.
Dan brings over 20 years of senior management experience to Jaggaer, having focused his career on leadership roles within the high tech/software industry.
He was Senior Vice President / General Manager of SAP’s Customer Experience business in North America. Dan was responsible for driving revenue growth, sales and go-to-market strategy, and overseeing core operations across the portfolio of Commerce Solutions, CRM, Customer Data Cloud and Experience Management.
Prior to that, he was COO for SAP’s US Financial Services Industries (FSI) business, where he was responsible for operational functions, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth targets within its verticals. Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. Previously, he was responsible for the discrete and high-tech manufacturing sector across all product lines.
In addition, he spent seven years as CEO of ESM Solutions Corporation, a provider of cloud-based expense management solutions, where he helped build the company into one of the fastest growing Inc. 5000 private companies.
Dan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He is an advisor to the board of Med-Con Technologies and Signallamp Health.
