This work may consist of several consultative sessions in which our teams collaborate to build a solution roadmap and implementation plan designed to generate immediate benefit with the least amount of risk.
Subject matter experts highlight best practices and process improvements for consideration and adoption. Benchmarking standards and metrics provide visibility of your organization relative to your peers.
Some organizations may desire additional post LIVE support as they roll out to their entire organization. The Extended Care offering provides additional one on one training to administer the solution, updates and adjustments to the solution that have been uncovered through LIVE use, ability to add workflow configuration and document format changes.
