ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION PROCUREMENT GOES LIVE WITH JAGGAER ONE

Sydney, Australia – July 23, 2020: In March 2020, Endeavour Foundation chose JAGGAER, the world’s largest independent spend management company, to help them embark on a project to transform their procurement practices with the JAGGAER ONE Contracts module which includes basic supplier management. Earlier this month, they went live, on-time, despite the impact of COVID-19.

“The JAGGAER APAC team were able to rapidly stand up a proof of concept for us when we first started discussing our requirements. The innovation they demonstrated during that phase is now evident in our own procurement platform, which went live in under 3 months. It’s already delivering results for us,” said Felipe Costa, Group Procurement Manager, Endeavor Foundation.” The JAGGAER ONE Contracts module is allowing us to manage contracts efficiently, enable electronic signatures and simplify renewal reporting. With over 500 contracts in place, the platform’s contract lifecycle management capabilities will represent a large jump in our capability to manage contracts,” he added.

One of the largest NDIS providers in Australia, Endeavour Foundation is an independent, for purpose organization supporting over 4,000 people with intellectual disability. Their services are essential for the daily life and wellbeing of people with disability at home, at work, and in the community. It has been a great benefit to have our procurement processes built into the platform rather than having to modify our practices to suit any platform limitations,” added Felipe.

The basic supplier management component of the JAGGAER ONE Contracts module integrates tightly with contracts and will deliver visibility and management of over 500 current suppliers to Endeavour. It will also enable formal supplier onboarding and maintenance into the future, all while mitigating risk.
