Howard Community College to Centralize, Streamline Contract Management with JAGGAER

Up until recently Howard Community College was using a manual, paper-based contract system. With a school that has more than 30,000 students, plus staff, plus contractors and vendors, that creates a mountain of paperwork to manage via manila folders and filing cabinets. The HCC team knew they needed an online system to manage the overwhelming number of contracts, provide the ability to track expiration dates and ensure compliance.

“By streamlining the process and creating a central repository where all contracts are visible and searchable, we can keep track of what contracts we have, when they expire, and who executed the contract,” said Elizabeth Moss, director of procurement at Howard Community College.
