In a year full of recognition from industry analysts, JAGGAER was named by customers as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Strategic Sourcing Application Suites. After being named a Leader by Gartner analysts in Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Application Suites and Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Procure-to-Pay Suites*, JAGGAER was recognized on Gartner Peer Insights as a direct reflection of customer satisfaction.

The Magic Quadrant reports provide in-depth analyses of individual markets and provide recommendations for evaluating and selecting software suites, while the Customers’ Choice Designation is purely based on feedback and ratings from end users of products and services.  As the only full, end-to-end supply chain provider to be named in all three, JAGGAER is confident that it stands out from our competition as recognized by both analysts and customers alike.

In order to be named a Customers’ Choice, a vendor must have a minimum of 50 published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.2 stars or higher. As of November 26, 2018, JAGGAER has received more reviews than any other company in Strategic Sourcing Application Suites and is also one of only two companies named as a Customers’ Choice in this category.
