The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner or channel enablement and onboarding, coupled with a solid understanding of software-as-a-service and partner ecosystems. The position will be responsible for refining the partner enablement process and executing the plan for technical and business enablement of the JAGGAER Partner ecosystem. Additional responsibilities include enablement/onboarding progress reporting, maintaining and partner adherence to partner program requirements. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Alliances and Channels, and will work closely with the Partner Alliance Directors, and Sales, Operations, Marketing, Services, Training and Finance.

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Partner onboarding and enablement experience (all types including experience with Referral, VAR/ Reseller, Systems Integrator/ Advisory/ Consultancy firms, or BPO)

·         Demonstrable success enabling channel partners

·         Experience with competency-based and solution certification programs for partner staff

·         Success in managing adherence to joint go-to-market plans and partner program requirements

·         Ability to navigate complex partner orgs to execute onboarding objectives

·         Strong leadership to navigate complexities while organizing plans to exceed objectives

·         Innate comfort with driving objectives while cultivating partner relationships

·         Goal oriented with entrepreneurial self-starter drive

Partner Enablement

·         Establish and enhance partner enablement and onboarding process for new and existing partners

·         Engage partners assigned to full enablement to ensure a consistent onboarding experience

·         Implement plan for technical certification and business onboarding of partners in ecosystem

·         Own and manage partner adherence to program requirements for training & certification

·         Track partner enablement progress in company systems / tools and provide status to management

Partner Go-to-Market

·         Define partner GTM plans in collaboration with Partner Alliance Director

·         Create and deploy enablement assets and collateral in collaboration with Marketing

·         Drive partner use of go-to-market assets for attainment of GTM objectives

Partner Support

·         Coordinate partner learning and onboarding including; solution demos, system setup and other activity

·         Provide engagement support to partners and internal colleagues to execute annual objectives

·         Become subject matter expert on joint go-to-market solutions with partners to support team and Global Sales

·         Drive usage of Salesforce Partner Community collaboration tool by key partners

·         Perform partner evaluation on target prospective partners as needed

Position Requirements:

·         8 years of experience in a partner/alliance/channel role

·         5 years of experience in partner alliance/channel enablement role

·         Proven success in launching and executing a partner onboarding process

·         Experience in managing partner certification & GTM planning as part of partner program

·         Relevant experience working with VAR’s, Systems Integrators, Consultancy firms, etc. in context of enterprise software, SaaS or Technology

·         Excellent communication skills, including use of MS Excel and PowerPoint

·         Time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple competing deadlines and objectives

·         BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing. MBA preferred.

·         Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approx.20%)
