JAGGAER’s Support for Transforming Public Procurement Regulations

From 28th October 2024, Public Sector organisations will need to comply with new procurement regulations introduced by the Procurement Act 2023. This Act brings significant changes to processes and procedures, directly affecting how these organisations conduct their commercial activities. As a result, eProcurement platforms that support and facilitate these processes will require updates and enhancements to align with the new regulations.
