Nimish is the Chief Procurement Officer at Rutgers University and responsible for the administration of university-wide Procurement, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, and Travel/Expense Management activities. Nimish has over 25 years of procurement experience in global strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and process improvement.

Allen Kong is the Director of Center of Excellence at Rutgers University Procurement Services department, and responsible for program and project management, process optimization and automation, business intelligence, and technology. Allen has over 20 years of Information Technologies experience in supply chain, finance, and human resources portfolios, and business transformation as a Lean Six Sigma master black belt with a Fortune 15 telecommunication company before joining Rutgers. Allen earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY at New Paltz.
