To extract even more value out of the Penn Marketplace—the University of Pennsylvania’s successful supplier exchange—the purchasing services department needed a solution that could increase user adoption while simultaneously improving contract utilization. They needed a critical mass of supplier content, configure their catalogs to promote their “preferred” suppliers, and do all of this without draining the IT budget.
