What it Means for JAGGAER to be a Challenger in the Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing

JAGGAER strategic sourcing tools are on the rise, and industry analysts are starting to recognize that. For the third time, JAGGAER has been recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Suites. This year, JAGGAER is positioned in the Challenger Quadrant, moving up from its previous position as a Niche Player. So, what does that mean for procurement professionals?

Gartner’s Magic Quadrants are based on rigorous analysis of a vendor’s completeness of vision and ability to execute.

For us, being recognized as a challenger means that JAGGAER is listening to its customer and building innovative tools to meet their needs. Gartner explains that a challenger in the Magic Quadrant has “proven viability, demonstrated market performance and shown the ability to exceed customer expectations on technical functionality.” JAGGAER is indeed committed to exceeding customer expectations across our portfolio.
