JAGGAER Turns 25: Celebrating, and Setting Our Sights Even Higher

Today, JAGGAER turns 25 years old. It’s a milestone we’re tremendously proud of – and one that makes us the longest-standing independent procurement provider in the world. We’ve grown from a humble start-up into a truly global company. And we don’t take that lightly.

For a quarter-century, organizations all over the world have put their trust in our team to help them transform procurement, financial, and supply chain operations. And the work we do has arguably never been more important than right now.

Our anniversary hits at an important time for the marketplace. Diversity and inclusion are finally rising to the top of corporate agendas, creating more urgency around supplier diversity, ethics, and human equity. COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, disrupt supply chains, and increase financial pressure on organizations everywhere. Climate change, economic uncertainty, political tensions, and other global issues are putting corporations under pressure to rethink the way they source, purchase, and sell.

Procurement and supply chain leaders are increasingly being called on to meet the needs of society, and strategically guide their businesses through turbulent market conditions. JAGGAER is here to help.

Customer success is everything to us. The JAGGAER team is passionate about equipping organizations with the tools to manage spend and risk more confidently and strategically, simplify commerce for buyers and sellers, and drive bottom-line impact. We don’t rest unless our customers are thrilled with our capabilities and the results we deliver. We’ve come a long way since 1995 when Scott Andrews and his three colleagues sketched out the original business model in a Subway restaurant. As we celebrate this important moment in JAGGAER’s history, we’re looking forward to many more milestones, and moving forward, together.
